Alas, all good things come to an end. Fortunately, this year I have been able to resume smoothly with students on task and motivated.
At six, we started slowly with the traditional tassel, and when it is multicolored (rest of her shawl ) is even better: a needle is changed to another color, and those below reappear when cut, it has a magical (and especially "it's too good!").
First trials of embroidery for the big sister (9 yrs): delay and choice of design, stem stitch and chain stitch. With pleasure to browse through the box of colors to find one that fits ... Everything was done in the wake, no question moving on to something else before completing. Honestly, not bad for a first, right? I know she goes through here from time to time, so thank you for your support!
When my man (yes), he sought to make the apron for niece: drawing the pattern, cutting and sewing, according to the principle of apron slide, but reduced to 80% to approach a child size. He did everything from A to Z, the embroidery to the hem which was more successful than mine. (This is mine, I care!)
It was great fun to sew in love! Anyway, I'm very proud of this little world.
